What is your service area?

  • For our Monday and Wednesday Service, we are accepting clients who live within a 15-mile radius of Burlington, Vermont, which includes the following towns in Chittenden County, Vermont (in alpabetical order): parts of Charlotte, Colchester, Essex, Essex Junction, parts of Hinesburg, Jericho, parts of Milton, parts of Richmond, Shelburne, South Burlington, parts of Underhill, parts of Westford, Williston, and Winooski.

  • For our Tuesday and Thursday Program, we can accept participants who live within a 10-mile radius of Burlington, Vermont, which includes the following towns in Chittenden County, Vermont (in alpabetical order): parts of Colchester, parts of Essex, Essex Junction, parts of Shelburne, South Burlington, parts of Williston, and Winooski.

What if I live outside of the greater Burlington, Vermont area?

  • If you live outside of the Greater Burlington Area but within Chittenden County, Vermont, we will consider accepting you as one of our clients for our Monday and Wednesday Service with either an in-person meeting or phone call option. However, if you would prefer the in-person meeting option, we will need to increase the cost of your appointment(s) by 15% to off-set our travel time.

  • If you live outside of Chittenden County, Vermont but within the United States, we will consider accepting you as one of our clients for our Monday and Wednesday Service with a phone call option.

How can I become a participant in your Tuesday and Thursday Program?

  • We can consider referrals among low-income older adults and disabed adults, such as those who rely on their income from Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) to take care of their themselves and their pets on a monthly basis.
